  I have a small construction company located in Brentwood. Brentwood is a small town with limited resources. I had asked a counterpart who he used for his bookkeeping knowing he is outsourcing the bookkeeping for his window company. He recommended Darci. I have left several messages with her receptionist since November 2017 until today February 2018. Every time I call, she tells me Darci will return my phone call. I've explained I'm frustration with leaving several messages, my last call I simply asked if she is too busy or not taking on new clients to please let me know and I would look elsewhere. She apologizes, says no Darci will call you back by tomorrow. Tomorrow has never arrived!!! At this point, experiencing Darci's lack of communication and customer service. I would not use her or recommend her company. I gave Book Busters Bookkeepers in Brentwood, 94513 One Star because of her assistant answering the phone. Otherwise it would have been a minus 10. PS If anyone could recommend a great bookkeeper in the Brentwood area please let me know.
